i am trying to find out what is needed and what can this software do.place calls from desktop pc,answer calls,dss or anything else it can do.
i have installed and used impact attendant.

Impact Group is very similiar to impact att. Attendant has more features. If impact attendent did what you liked impact group will most likely be ok too.
