A DID is pointed to a 'ring all' group of four extensions. At night, 3 of the extensions are normally put in DND, leaving 1 member of the group available.
When the remaining member is on a call, the next caller to the DID goes to the overflow destination (voicemail) even though that extension has plenty of group intercom buttons available that the call could appear on.
Can this group be programmed to allow multiple calls to a 'busy' extension?

I don't recall if I had multiple calls checked. Definately don't have queue ringing selected.
What is the effect of enabling these?

Take a look at the Help file in VMMI. Multiple calls only applies to a phone with call on hold or park, if I remember correctly. So in normal circumstances the ring group would consider a station busy if it had a call on hold or park, where with this option it would consider it idle. It's my understanding that a ring group will not present a call to a station that is busy (which, with that option enabled, would be a station with an active call on an intercom, group intercom, regardless of how many intercoms are available).
