I need to know how to program speed dial numbers on a Comdial Impact phone. Currently I push (*0 1-9)for the number to be dialed. I need to update a phone number but can't figure it out. I do what it says in the manual but the number doesn't change. Any ideas?

Russ, Thanks for the reply. When I dial a frequently dialed number, the phone tech programmed the phone so I would enter "*03" for example w/o picking up the heandset. Can you give me the exact key stroke to change a programmed number? Here's what I tried:
intercom**2 I need to change the number on *03. So do I key in next 03 then # to clear, then trns/conf then location 03 and the new number then trns/conf, speaker? I do that and the old number remains.

Intercom **2 is for station speed dialing for 0-9 on your key pad.
What you are talking about is *03 is a system speed dial of which you need to do from station 10 or 12 or from system programming.
