We took on a customer recently that had been abandoned by their Comdial provider. They have what I can best describe as a phantom mailbox setup and I can't seem to get where I need to without some admin software. I beleive it is a "seriel admin or KeyLink communications software" Can someone point me in the right direction to find this software? Is this software version specific?
We are a Vertical/Vodavi dealer but I don't have access to any Comdial info on Vconnect
Please advise.
