Here's the problem. I try to put someone on hold using my Prostar 816 multi-line system and in no time at all (a matter of seconds) its ringing back to me. Is it possible to program the amount of time before the held call calls back to you??? Thanks!

Check out page 56 of the manual----Program #52(Hold Recall Time Definition. Default on this is 30 seconds--you can set it up to 990 seconds if you want. I set most of my hold recalls to about 90 seconds.....that seems to be enough usually---Keep transfer recall at default generally---that's 30 seconds or about 4-5 rings.
