I have recently taken over an office that had previously set up their comdial system. I am working in the office with no one that was around when the original system was installed and I can't find the original manual. All I'm trying to do is change the outgoing greeting that one gets when they reach the voicemail (not sub-mailboxes). Can anyone please advise on what I can do to re-record this greeting? We know very little about the system and had to download a new programming manual but it has been little help. It's a DX-80 system. Any help will be much appreciated as I am really stumped on this one! Thanks!!

you will need a Voicemail supervisors guide and the password for the supervisors mailbox. Without the password you will need a tech on site. It would be best to have a tech walk you through it the first time anyway really. I've yet to meet the client that could do it without some training the first time through. Send me your email address and I will send you a pdf of the guide. Mark
