Help! I need to add an extension to the group that rings first. I think I'm getting there in that if I use MMC406 it tells me that AA is 518, I figure therefore that if I go to 518 and add the extension (209) then it will work.
I then use MMC 601, go to 518, it shows that it has the following members..
381, 382, 383, 384.

We have no extensions by those numbers we are all in the 200 plus range.

I tried to add 209 anyway and it said invalid, I then tried 385 just to check and that also came back as invalid.

Help!!

Thanks

David

I am assuming that group 518 is the AA card?I'm guessing you have an Auto Attendant card and that is what you are talking about. If you want to add a phone to ring then you must have it ring where the auto attendant card sends the calls.

Are you saying that 518 is the AA card? If so then do I need to reprogram that?

Thanks
