Cadence passwords can be changed by anyone knowing the admin password and accessing VM by phone or by PC.

Call Cadence,Press *,999,Passcode,9,4(Mailbox Admin.),1(Specific Mailbox),Enter Mailbox,Press 4 Digit Option Code(1402).

Would you be kind enough to email me the admin passcode as i am having the same problem desrcibed here below my reply and the only way i can reset the ex employees vmbox is the way you all have it described herein.
