Good Afternoon, I've been in the business for 25 years, but never had any experiance with Comdial. System is a G0816 (Impact?), with Impression LCD phones.
Is there a command that can be used at the phone to identify what port its on??
Thanks, Greg

No, it doesn't, at least on the 2 or 3 that I tried.

With most Comdial systems it's the speaker button, that system may have different software. You can try the ICTM without lifting the handset.
Example; for station 18 you should see P18 18
Port 18 extension 18 provided station numbers are not changed. If they have been changed you need to look at the port number for wiring issues.
