we recently experienced a rather lengthy power black out and lost all the phone settings on our prostar 816 plus. (we have a battery backup but the ups shut down after about an hour of no power.) i've reset most, but don't know the programming # for the key pad tones.

the #22 gets me into the right program area but "0" nor "1" do anything (tried just the "0", and tried "0 #", neither works). it must be a different # i have to enter to turn off the "muted"
