What System ?
In The Rel 1 500 you would need to goto MMC 830 and Reset Lan Card. In the Rel 2 500 you would need to reset the MCP 2. This can also be done in MMC 830.

Hi.
Sorry, I forgot to include that I'm on the IDCS 500 Release 1.
I have assigned an IP address and used MMC 830 and selected " Reset LAN Card: Yes" transfer. However, I am not sure if it has actually reset it or not.
Is there a confirmation message or something indicating that a successful reset has been accomplished?
The next day, when I selected MMC 830, I still see the " Reset LAN CARD:YES " selected. I am not sure if this means that it has not been executed yet?
Please let me know if there is anything I'm missing because the Phone system's IP address does not show any signs of life on our network.
Thanks for your help.

The reset should take place as soon as you select yes and hit your right soft key. Can you ping the ip address that you assigned to the cabinet. Also, Do you have the Lan daughter board mounted on th MCP ?
