I can not get my prostar 816 to ring at my desk. Another phone in the office is set as the primary, this is wrong and needs to be changed. No one can figure it out. Please help!

Assuming password is default, type the following sequence:
1. #20 xxxx1 # 2. #62 <press line button to program> 3. Press DSS (intercom) button for each phone that should ring 4. Press # to exit
Repeat from step 2 for each incoming line. This only programs the daytime ringing assignment. For night ringing, use #61 instead of #62.
