I am trying to integrate a VSR Voicemail (
www.vsrusa.com) system to the Samsung DCS System. I have it sort of working in that when you dial an extension it will go through the mailbox but it won't detect that the phone is being answered.
On the voicemail settings it has options to check for DTMF Tones from the PBX for the following actions - Connect, Busy & DND. At the moment there are no entries in these options which i think is the problems
Does anyone know what codes i have to put in these settings to tell the voicemail system what the tones are.
