I rescentley had a call from a customer that said there messages didn't show up till the next day on a cadence. This doesn't happen all of the time, only once or twice every two weeks. I can't duplicate the problem but the customer is very upset. I have deleted the mailbox and rebuilt it. So far this is happening on two extensions. Any ideas on what could be causing this ?

It happens during the business day on two personal mailboxes. Tech support had me delete the mailboxes and recreate them however I am still having the problem. Just curious if anybody else had run into this type of problem.

Could a message from another mailbox be forwarded to the two problem mailboxes? I would check all mailbox programming? Seems like I recall having a similar issue.
