Hi - I have a Samsung DCS with a Cadence VM8A voicemail board. In MMC 601 group 529 is assigned to Cadence with member 1 being port 249, 2-250 and so on. It's a 4 port module. When I enter extension 249 it works fine, goes to the cadence. 250 is ok 251 is ok. When I enter 252 it says FWD - 231 - Ringing and rings at that extension. I tried power down/up the whole system, no luck. How can I access this port to take the fowarding off? Its not something I can just use a butset to edit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You would have to enter mmc 102 and turn off call forwarding for that extension number.

THANK YOU!!! It worked! When I tried to go into mmc102 it only allowed me to change the settings for the station I was currently on. When I entered admin mode and tried, it allowed me to change the extension number. Thanks again so much. -- Peter
