Customer called this morning with a message: Ext 199 calling. I have seen this before but can't recall what I did to fix this. Any ideas? Thanks!

199 is the modem port. Or should be. I think it has happened before to me, too---I think I either just let it go or rebooted the system.
Had anyone been trying to get into the modem in the last few days??

Thanks, I'll try a reboot. Not aware of anyone using the modem.

Reboot. This was a known issue with I believe F28 and earlier. Update to F32 or later and it should permanently go away.
