AHHH.. Wtf??

ok, Slot 5 & 7 dead..

MMC 806 reports:

C1:S5 B[16] * DEAD
C1:S6 1[16]
C1:S7 B[16] * DEAD
C1:S8 1[16]

Powered down system, unplugged, swappebd PSU-B in PSU Slot #1

Powered system up..
Still.. Dead.. ??

So, Pulling a wild hair, I plugged in an SLI-8 into C1:S4, went into MMC 806, hit install.. It then made

C1:S4 B[08]
C1:S5 1[16]
C1:S6 B[16]
C1:S7 1[16]
C1:S8 B[16]

Then all the stations came up.. I had two stations that needed to be recycled.. (ie, unplug and plug in)

Any Ideas? I have an extra PSU-B on its way.. I am at a loss here.. Maybe the Cabinet is bad?
