Gentlemen, I seem to be drawing a blank here, I am trying to remember the password reset procedure on a DCS. It has been a while since I worked on a DCS and the password has been changed by the previous vendor. I know that the sequence starts with pgm 200 plus a few steps, if anyone is familiar with this procedure please E mail me with this info. I would be very greatful and may be able to return a favor in kind.

Hi How do you override the tech passcode? Why do the techs change the passcode? Are they giving bad service and is this a way to keep their customers although they do give bad service My personal oppinion is that if you give the customers good service and you know what you are doing you do not need to change the passcode!!!! Should the customer or someone with a little or no knowledge bugger up the system then you can charge extra for the programming to fix it.I normally charge 75% more than normal rates to repair/Reprogram a PBX that has been damaged in this way!! SO
