I'm using a DCS816 with an Aleen VME4000 (badged as Oak VoxBox in UK) and using 14 key system phones. Using MMC723 System Key Programming, I've set soft key 14 at each extension to call the voicemail group.
Does any one know what DTMF code I need to make the light flash for this soft key?

What key are you using? Is it the VMMSG key or just a MSG key? You may also look at this post https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/Forum23/HTML/000322.html [This message has been edited by pvj (edited July 04, 2005).]

The message button is softkey 7 - I'm trying to get softkey 14 to light (didn't want to interfere with the Samsung Message function).
Before posting I had searched and read the other article, though the codes seemed associated specifically with the message light key 41E and 42E.

I don't think you are able to light the VMMSG with a third party voicemail system.I've never tried it,always use the SVMi series.
