My suggestion is to contact a local interconnect and have them tell you what they are and were they are this is going beyond my capacity to help with out knowing what you have and why and were it is connected

pick up the dail tone in question and call the ani number for your provider this will identify the number to you

After digging through a pile of invoices etc... I may be able to shed some more light on our system. I found a document detailing the system to be installed.
The system included a iDCS100 and a ISDN30e adapter, we were also allocated a DDI range from 28610 to 28689.
Would this suggest that mmc714 can be used?

Ok back to the original post yes mmc 714 is correct
the only reason to delete digits is if the c.o is only sending XXXX and and you would like to cut it to XXX or XX
