i have prostar dcs compact
outside callers are complaining that the sound is too weak. what to do ???
i have replace several handsets on the phones.

Is the low audio from conversations on trunks or while in voicemail? There are settings in MMC 807 which can boost some audio though tech support does not recommend changing anything in there. I have also seen issues with the phone company on trunks. If you have to, have them check the decible level on your trunks.
