Well another hurricane (Dennis) hit our office and being without power for four days our ProStar 816 lost some of its programming due to the battery being dead.
I already learned how to program the system to have the phone ring at the receptionists desk when Hurricane Ivan hit last year but now I have new problem.
At my station in addition to my eight-line phone, I have a single line headset phone that when I hit "9" would give me a dial tone on line 3. Now it's not working.
How do I program my system to have the 9 dial tone access at my station on line 3?

By the way, my eight line phone is staion 4 and I think the single line is station 7.
When I pick up the single line phone I don't even hear a tone like I used to.

HI Look at #38 its dialing type 0 is key set 1 is sl tt set enter all 16 so the string would look
0-0-0-0-0-0-1-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0- unless you have more then 1 sl set look at #31 co line access 0 -deny 1- allow default is allow for all sta. try that good luck #13 is co line access with this you press the dss key of the sta to be programmed and then 0 deny or 1- allow for access your would be 0-0- 1-0-0-0-0-0 default is all 1s
