How can I removed the system option from a personal mail box that come before record message?

SVMI 4e and you can log in with hyperterminal and remove the prompt but be careful not to remove all prompts or the vm will not respond correctly. Also were is this option playing after the greeting or ?? after you enter a station number ??

The prompt will remove itself once you record the primary no answer greeting in the mailbox. The users are probably recording the mailbox greeting by hitting 5 and then 7 from the mailbox main menu, they also need to record 5 and then 1. You have to listen to the promps closely, because they will trip you up.

The primary no answer greeting is for any call that is forwarded directly to the extension block. The mailbox greeting is used anytime somebody sends a call directy to the mailbox or does a VT transer.
