Yes to change the routing of the auto attendant it is in the system programming . is your auto attendant external? ie in th evoicemail?
if its in the voicemail then disreguard my post I dont know your voicemail. :rolleyes:

Sorry, I've been working crazy and away for a few days.
In the voicetrak, make some digit on a single digit menu go to Samsung group 505 or whatever group you choose to make it.
You set up groups in program 601 of the DCS.
The only thing you have to do in the voicetrak is make some single digit go to that 505 or whatever group number and set up the groups as I mentioned before above.
I don't know how to program a voicetrak, that is either something for you to know from a manual or post a message in the voicemail posts.
