I am trying to set voicemails on the individual extensions to pickup after the forth unanswered ring. Where is this setting located. I also need to troubleshoot one particular extension that vm never picks up. Any assistance is appreciated. (Using idcs500m and smvi16e)

Ok

The phone with no vm: trans 102 and make sure 2(busy) and 3(no/ans) are set to the vm group then dail 4. Go to mmc 741 and make sure there is a mail box assigned.

The ring count to vm: mmc 502 and set the fna timer for each station 3 sec = 1 ring

Yes this is a good sight. Lots of good knowledge can be found here. It's all in how detailed your posts are on how quickly you get the answers.
