Could also be a firewall issue with the IT setup for the company blocking ports

Did you try doing 840 on each IP port PUB to PUB and set it for "use mgi channels". Also try restarting the phone system. Sometimes if the network sees a "dropout" it may not recover and will also cause the same problem.

You are sure that all the required ports are opened on the firewall? Because that is what will happen if you have some ports closed that should be open.

I know you said public ip but it also has to be set for private with public mmc 830
I had the same issue just on internal network and once it was set to as private with public it cleared right up
also after any changes you do need to reset the mgi like grumpy said

You might try powering off the system and turning off then on the switch on the MGI card to clear it then power back up

Someone really skilled in IP and VOIP and Samsung could make a lot of money doing alternate tech support with the far tech scheduled to be on site.
As much as it costs to purchase these systems, there ought to be a "special tech support" clause in the contract where the customer wants it done whatever and you call the alternate tech support.
That alternate tech could go into the switch with a static IP and I don't know of anyone would wouldn't think this would be a bad idea.
Anyone want to start an alternate service for pay? It would sure beat relying on Samsung.
