What? You have a password that works and you want to turn it to default? Do that in MMC 801.
You can't get into programming? Without defaulting all programming, you hire a certified Samsung tech who can call Samsung and before the tech gets there you fax a request to Samsung on your letterhead to have this tech take over maintainance.
Once on site, the tech calls Samsung and gets a code that works for one minute. If you want to change the code at 11:45, Samsung gives you the super secret back door code that won't work until the display says 11:45 and won't work at 11:46 on.
In that one minute, you go into programming, change the passcode to the non super secret reverse digits of the numerical system and MMC801 is set to default.
Only a fool changes passwords unless there is some real reason. Of course, techs who don't want to let anyone else play on the system the customer owns and has a right to do with any damn thing they please, well they usually get a call to come change it or give it to you over the phone. They have no legal right to change it and not let you know what it is.
