Here is the question from the customer..... Hope you are doing good. Here all is good, thanks again for the great system. I was wondering, do you know if we can save a voicemail to a wave or a similar file to archive it?

Can you do it?I know the SVMi8E can do it but the 4E not that I know of.

Well let me say this.Because the SVMi8E can do it then technically it would de doable on the 4E but you would have to get the program to do it out of the 8E.Also,because the 4E doesn't have a lan port,you would have to take the messages off of the flash card first and then run it through the conversion program that the 8E has.Wouldn't be easy.

Go to the 8E and add e-gateway. Gateway comes with 5 licensed users as part of the package.

He only has a release 1 so the switch would have to be upgraded as well.
