Hi guys, I'm fairly familiar with Comdial since I have a big one at work, but the DSU II at a contract job seems to be giving me issues. I got everything working from scratch, INCLUDING individual voicemails. We have a 4 port digital card in the VM. However, I can't seem to figure out why when in Night mode and the phone rings (Line 1 and 2 are on everyones phones), the VM is being told there are 3 incoming calls, and proceeds to answer each one. One of them is the real call, and the other 2 are phantoms, so the real call can do whatever its going to do in the AA, and the other 2 sit around and hog the system up.

I'm also having issues with only wanting station 10 to ring during day mode, but even after removing 11-16 from the Daytime ring setup, they continue to ring anyway.

Ideas? I'm out of 'em.

Take a look at this thread . It might help with your first issue.

As for the second issue, double check that you're in Day mode and that you're not ringing a group.
