Hey Folks,
Need a little help here. I've installed and programmed alot of DCS systems and was told that the 400si is much the same. I'm moving one for a customer on Monday the 27th and just started looking into finding a manual. From what I'm see out there it looks like I need pcmmc software. Is this correct? Can programminf be done via dtmf? I'll be installing a PRI with 40 numbers. Any help is welcome.

You can program the 400si like any of the other samsung systems using a display phone. The MMC's in the 400si are like any other system except some minor differences due to the hardware configurations in the 400si. There is pcmmc software for it though it is combersumb to use and you're better off using KMMC as far as I'm concerned.

the header on this page has a link to ALL system manuals.
Its a one time fee (cheap) considering what we pay the manufacturer.
