Help!
I've been trying to send DID's to groups and stations in program 714. At first I programmed just 1 number off the pri to ring to 1 analog sta. for ring plan 01 and 02. It worked and I went on with my programing. Tested those numbers and they rang once to group and then back to 500.
After that they all only rang to 500. I can't get them to ring a sta. or any group but 500 at this point. Is this why they got rid of this thing?

how many ring plans are you using ?
are all of the plans programmed ?
Sounds like the system changed plans
do you have the pri set to use any channel or highest to lowest or ?

In the Samsung DID translation table if it receives digits that aren't translated or improperly translated it will default to the operator group. Make sure that what the CO is sending for digits is what you're translating in MMC 714. Also make sure your PRI set up is correct like Wrichey said.
