Recently inherited mgmt of Comdial DX-120 system with three active phone lines and 6 voicemail boxes.

I have (what I believe) should be a fairly simple request. However with no resources or phone system documentation, I have yet to successfully conquer the user's request.

User wants to be able to pick up phone receiver and answer whatever line/extension is ringing without pressing a button for line 2 or ext 101.

Currently, one of the three Comdial phones is programmed to operate in this manner. However the remaining phones require the user to press either a line or extension button upon lifting the receiver in order to pick up the call.

Any help, suggestions, references, or other resources to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.

Any phone that is programmed to ring ---will automatically pick up the ringing line. Program those two phones to ring and you'll be all set.
