Hello.

I'm setting up a 3rd party voicemail system on an iDCS 500 with the new falcon series phone.

The voicemail is asking for the Samsung notification code. Can you please let me know what those codes are?

These codes are things like P41PX or P42px,etc...

Thanks.

Hi.

I'm installing an Aleen VME PRO voicemail.

Right now I'm using the P41PX codes which work sometimes.

So I might have the right codes but the system itself might be flaky.

One guy had 7 saved messages that he never got because his phone his message light was not blinking. After he dialed into his voicemail and hung up. His message light started blinking.

Do you know if there are VMAA settings in the samsung system that need to be changed or do you think the Aleen does not integrate very well since its a 3rd party system?

Oh by the way
Of all the Voicemail systems I have worked on not a single system would light the message lamp to alert you of Saved messages . I only mention this because of your post " One guy had 7 saved messages that he never got because his phone his message light was not blinking. After he dialed into his voicemail and hung up. His message light started blinking". smile

Merritt is correct mmc 726 but I will tell you its not the system its the voicemail. You need to change what the voicemail is sending to the system and what the voice mail hears from the system. The only place i would change in 723 is are the call progress tones and the seperator.

By the way to get the light to flash the mail needs to send 41*8 and 42*8 respectivly
