Hi.
Does anyone know the procedure to reset the SVMI-8E to its factory default settings?
Thanks.

Hi, 1. Logon to SVMi. 2. Shutdown Voicemail 3. Change to DTA Folder 4. Enter default Enter Y if you want to delete the MBXs 5. Enter svmistart 6. Ready

Actually you can go one step further and type in default ALL which also resets the socket.cfg file and some others that the regular default does not. The default ALL command though isn't on the older versions.
