Using DTMF to recording greetings, how can I tell which 2-digit message number they are going to? Ex. My Day main menu part I is message 05, Day main menu part II is 06, Night part I is 04. When we recorded the Day single digit menu it went to 00? Thanks

They hide a lot of good info in those tech manuals don't they.

They have a tech manual, system admin. manual and a user manual. There are lots of sites where you can buy them. If I still had mine I'd give them them to you, haven't worked on a Cadence in a few years.

At the top-center of this page is a button to click where you can buy just about every manual under the sun. A small price to pay, since membership costs the equivalent of buying just a single manual! It is the best money I ever spent.
