I just installed a Trunk C1 card in a DCS cabinet. The lines are there and ringing into the system, but no trunk numbers were assigned. MMC 409 (Trunk Status) for example, shows all the ports but just empty brackets for the trunk number.
I'm not sure how to resolve this.
Thanks!
Paul

Get into Programming and look at MMC 724.

You didn't say what flavor of cabinet you have.
Did you do an 806 and tell the system that the card is there?
123 gave you the answer, go into trunks and you will see XXX 701, XXX+1 702, XXX+2 703, ETC. When you see [ ] brackets, it means you have to put in a number.
The system does not presume to numberize.
