At Ext. 202 press the trans key and dial 103, then press the up volume until you have auto answer in the display. Then press transfer again. Do this at every phone you want to use this feature.

I am familiar with that feature on the Comdial system but not on the Samsung. I see you are not in the USA, maybe someone more familiar with your system will know if it is possible.

Did you want it to ring first then when pressed again auto answer? or just auto answer?
if the later is true then CMDL GUY is correct.

OK, you have a one touch button on your phone that lights up when 202 is using the phone, correct?
If you press the button, it dials extension 202 and the phone should either ring each time [Ring] or it should voice announce and be able to talk back each time [AutoAnswer] or it should be able to voice announce and 202 must pick up the handset or press speaker each time [VoiceAnnounce].
As CMDL guy says, there are only 3 options in MMC 103, Ring, VoiceAnnounce, and Auto Answer.
Press [Transfer] dial 1 0 3 dial 1 for AutoAnswer, press the right of the 3 buttons directly under the screen, then press [Transfer].
When you press the 202 DSS button you will be talking to 202 using your handset or your speakerphone and they can answer back without picking up the handset.
IF you are transfering an outside line call to 202 using the 202 DSS button, you can talk back and forth but when you hang up, 202 will ring and 202 must pick up the handset or press the speaker button.
{{{An outside line call will ring when transfered but an intercom call will never ring unless you program 202 to [Ring] in MMC 103.}}}
Try this and let us know if this is what you want or restate what you want it to do. I have not seen any US software that is different from what I described above.
