Have an 824 extension that has spkr light blinking and no display - phone does not work...Tried changing misc1 card, cable pair and 25 pair cable from unit to 66 block - still not working... is this a programming issue?

Kindly complete your profile so we know who we are helping.

1- did you check by putting another known working phone at that location ?
2- are you sure your using a 4 pin line cord from
jack to set?
3- is the wire from 66 to jack wired per Samsung installation manual ?

A speaker light blinking would MOST probably mean that all calls have been forwarded.

You could test this theory by dialing 610 on the keypad WITHOUT picking up the handset or pressing the [Speaker] button as the phone has a HOT keypad.

You could test this theory two ways. First, call the extention number and see if the call is forwarded somewhere else, what shows in the display of the phone you used to call that station?

If it says "unequipped" you don't have a working phone or port or correct cabling.

As KENB says, please fill out your profile, we don't know if we are talking to someone in the US or the EU which has some different programming. We are glad to help people, we won't track you down and make you do anything but it is fair to know if you are an installer or an end user and at least what state in which you live. Thanks, Bunnie
