Hello all, I have a 7200 with PRI. SW 2.63. Have a 8x8 combo card running a couple of fax machines. LCR is set up and working. Trouble is, customer can call international no problem from keysets, but cannot fax international for some reason. Hooked up test set at fax single line port and could still not call international. Any ideas???????

Are you dialing a 9 from the fax line. Maybe it was programmed so that no 9 is needed. Just a thought for you.

If you programmed the analog ports to dial 9 (I mean MMC 306) check the MMC 502 OFFHK SEL parameter must set to 0 (zero sec) if not you trying to dial the trunk group number of LCR , 800,801 …. Instead to dial 9 before you number ? The LCR is really on ? MMC 210 and LCR code is 9 ? MMC 724 and trunk group 800 or 8XX witch is your route MMC 712 is configured with valid PRI trunks ? Local calls pass thru ?You need to be more specific about the programming .Good luck !

mmc 502 is set, local faxes work with no problems. All calls through keysets(international or local) work wonderfully, SLI ports work wonderfully except international. Have tried sli port to grab specific trunk ie. 701-724 still no international calling. LCR is changed in dial number plan and turned up in 210. 712 is set up fine. I will move to a new sli port and try. After that new 8x8 combo. Any other suggestions????
