When you did an mmc811 did you select clear memory or just reset system?Atrue clear memory will set the date and time back to default.If it didn't then I would guess that you just did a reset.

Nope. Had to reset the time and date each time. I'm tellin' ya....there was something wacky about this system. I'm beginning to think that it wasn't truly clearing itself considering the amount of setup I had to do to make the extension numbering work. After resetting the system multiple times, there were never any extension numbers past 208 in the dial plan.

Well if you turned the battery off on the Ram card that should default it.
