I have a Samsung 816 Plus system (don't know anything about phone systems but have the manuals and I am more than willing to learn)
3 phone lines connected - have fax machine connected to port 16 - I can call out from the fax (if I dial 9 first) but cannot get the fax machine to answer a call - anybody know how to get the fax to answer and if I can eliminated the need to dial 9 to get an outside line - thanks

can't seem to program - I think I do not have the proper passcode - is there a way to reset the passcode - I bought this system used and just installed it - since I have not done any programming yet a total system reset would be fine

I need help please... I have a Prostar 816 with 6 lines and seven extensions... We turned everything off for T.S. Eduardo... when we returned everything works fine however, our time is off. I followed the manual Enable Customer Programing and I followed, #06 however, I do not get the display of MMC DISABLED... it defaults to the original wrong date.... Also, I need to change the on hold recall rings... This is all greek... any suggestions... thanks in advance...

Did you look at the FAQ area of the Samsung section? I think there are instructions for time/date settings. I would check that first.

In your manual you need to get to #55 for the time

First #04 and follow the instructions.

#52 for recall
