I can't seem to reset the technician passcode on this system to the factory default - tried disconnecting the power and remove the jumper on j1 but there still seems to be a passcode because when I try to enter technician program mode (via MMC #20) I get an error when I enter the default code. The default customer passcode works with the default (via MMC #06) but I cannot seem to clear the technician passcode. Any ideas? The manual says the battery on the RAM should keep the data for 30 days - how can I get the battery out of the system to reset the RAM?
