How do I reset a voicemail box? I have a new person in the office and I just want to reset it so we can start fresh for the new person. I do have the password for the box if this makes it any easier.

Just delete the messages and rerecord the greeting and name. Otherwise you must go into admin, delete and recreate the mailbox.
