Hi all,
I am configuring some IVR software to help our customers check the status of their orders, and I need it to be able to transfer calls to extensions/groups on our system.
I'm ok doing the transfer in the IVR software, but what I do need to know is what length hookflash my DCS816 is expecting. Too long a hookflash and the DCS thinks my PC's modem is hanging up, instead of doing a call transfer.
Hope someone can be of help!
Thanks,
Mark

Single line phones with a tap/flash/link/CW button usually are factory set at 600 ms.
Default would be 700 ms and that may be too long.

Thanks both of you for your quick responses! I didn't find the timer in 507 but MMC 503 I guess it's slightly different for our UK systems, thanks again!

Dang I did mistype that. It is 503 my excuse is programming from a key set has trained my hand to key things backwards. (do you buy that?) If not no biggie but thanks for the catch.
