I have a customer who recently unplugged his UPS only to find out the Ni-Cad was bad. Unfortunatly my book doesn't show the location of the Ni-Cad and refers to the RAM 1 in this case, but I thought it was on the Power Supply Board. Any help would be appreciated!

its on the ram1 card. Just break it open and desolder it. The replacements are at refurb supplies 866-789-5656
