Ive recently been sent a OS 100 to install for a national account customer,the sent programming layout but no manual.The mmc codes seem the same as the DCS but Im not able to make program changes. The system is default.Do I need to be at a certain station?Is the default tech password the same as most samsung or am I just being a RON???? thanks Jayman!!

It's virutually the same, the MMC's from the DCS will match up though the differences are in the newer enhancments like IP. Some MMC's also have extra newer programming in them. If you're familiar with the DCS you shouldn't have any problem with the 100.
