HI!THERE, I'm new to forum and greatful for the info i have found, i have installed a few samsungs systems , i was trying to remember how to program the caller id call back, like when you are checking your  call log,the system is a samsung offserv100 with 4 port svmi-e vm , caller id works fine , we have 10 digit dialing for local calling , just wondering if theirs a cheat sheet, also need to install the digit 9 for centrex line on trunk 702 only, so they don't have to dial it. I have a idea what programs to use , but get confused, i did it several years ago. thanks

You need to enable LCR for the phone to use the CID call back feature.

You need MMC's 710,711,712,713

713 for adding the digit you will also need to build routes in 712

also don't forget to set the time table completely in 711. You can use just the A table but it needs to be for all days all hours

unfortunately my cheat sheet is in my head sorry.

hope that helps

If you have Samsung certifacation there is a tech document on the Samsung dealer website on programming LCR for centrex, I beleive it is also in the manual under special applications. Once programmed LCR will allow you to reply to and call back the CID numbers through the phone system and the svmi. Don't forget to also turn on LCR in MMC 210 and I usually make LCR = 9 in MMC 724 so the users still dial a 9 for outside calls.
