We have several station groups that each have a station in the "next port" field. We would really like it to go to a mailbox after it rings the group unconditionally. The next port member is a member of the group as well. Trying to avoid too many ring cycles and after ringing the group, we would prefer that the call goes to a mailbox.

In each "next port" field enter the vm group. Then login to vm and goto "a" block, then menu, then "forward trunk". Goto second page and enter in a new line. SG??? goto Mailbox. ??? Do this for each station group you need. Test
