Have a customer that has a DCS with voicemail. If they goto any mailbox to leave a message, hear recording saying mailbox is full, but if they goto to that mailbox to check for messages it is empty.

I do not know much about the Samsung systems, any help would be great!! :rolleyes:

try logging in and checking mailbox 100, 999, 000 and 200. sometimes the system puts faxes in one of them and it may be full.

Do what WRichey says first. It is telling you that the voicemail is full, not necessarily the mailbox that you are trying to leave a message in. There is a mailbox somewhere with a ton of messages.

are going to vm.

There is a ringing group that ad voicemail.
Customer is getting me a list of all the mailboxes they are using, and plan on deleting all others.

If its a quick memo that you are trying to leave, make sure that there is a mailbox on the ext that you are calling from. If there is not mailbox on 201, then 201 cannot leave quick memo's for any mailbox, and you will hear that same prompt.

Cadence VM8A - I'm getting a voice mail alarm. Is there a way to check the status / space available on the hard disk? I'll try WRichey's suggestions also.
