Few months ago we installed Plantronics CS50 wireless USB headset but the PerSonoCall application witch provides integration between Softphone and headset .for ring detection and answer or end calls via the headset call button ,is not compatible with Samsung Softphone. Talking about same model?

Samsung softphone does not support Bluetooth yet. I talked to a dealer at the product release last year and they had found one that worked but he couldn't remember the brand. I used a Motorola on mine and finally got it to work but the the Motorola stopped working and I had to send it back to them for repair. Try installing the bluetooth device first then re-install the softphone and vise versa. That is what I did to get mine to work.

I've got the bluetooth working no problem. I used a Jabra bluetooth headset and the laptops integrated bluetooth. Worked first try. I found occasionally the softphone when started would refer back to the windows MIC and speakers if the bluetooth wasn't connected first.
